Nut runner test system for simulation of bolts and check of torque wrenches
Use:              Check of bolt-tools at Airbus
Speciality:   The simulators are equiped with two measuring circuits, that check each other. A special software enables the system, connected Atlas Copco manual nut runners, to transfer unique calibration data to every bolt with different hardnesses. So it is assured that flat drift nut runners work with higher accuracy in a wider rage.
The simulators are characterised by a very low mass inertia, that simulates the attributes of nut runners very well.
Multi-wheel disc brake lower possible „stick slip effects”.
A very fast electronics allows the activation of the simulator related to a certain angle of rotation.
An integrated printer enables print out of records on site.
Vibration absorbed Wheel- receiver  save the installed electronics and the computer components of the analising unit. A fuel cell system for mobile testing without power supply is under way.
Mobile nut runner and torque wrench test system
Available simulators:
Maximum torque:             30 Nm / 80 Nm / 130 Nm / 270 Nm

Boot valve test system
Use:                 Check of clamping force for boot valves at  Volkswagen
Speciality:      Flexible connecting frame for different valve types. Dismountable in components that can be carried in a suitcase.
Complete machanics witht:
Aluminium frame with vacuum hoover, adjustable spring scale with pull sensor and electronic measurement value collection. Measurement system for measurement value collection. Suitcase with rollers for transport
Maximum clamping force:  200 Nm

Ventilation flap test system
Use:               Check of Adjustment force of ventilation flaps at Volkswagen
Speciality:    The adjustment wheel of the ventilation flap is operated by a friction wheel drive.
The appearing operation forces are measures. The system is usable with 12 V portable cordless and 230 V. I.e. you can run the test in the car via a 12 V power point.
Dismountable in components that can be carried in a suitcase.
Complete mechanics with:
Friction wheel and electronic drive
Torque moment/ angle of rotation sensor for measurement value collection / Measurement system for measurement value collection / cordless power supply unit for self-sufficient work,  12 V supply and  230 V supply. Suitcase with rollers for transport
Maximum operatin force:      5 Nm

Test system for constant load-test of window brackets
Use:              Constant load test of window brackets at Siegenia
Speciality:   This system can test 3 window brackets at one time. The constant load is about 30.000 cycles while the torque moment is monitored. The test has to be done with a constant force in both directions.
Test system mechanics with 3 drives ans sensors with triple controlled pneumatic cylinder, to make the force constant.
PC analysis system with special software and visulalisation of the test cycle.
Maximum torque moment:    20 Nm

Glove box valve test system
Use: Test of connection force of glove box valves at  Volkswagen
Speciality: Adjustable connection frame for different valves Dismountable in components that can be carried in a suitcase.
Complete mechanics with:
Receiving arm for glove box valve, pull sensor and electronic measurement value collection. Measurement system for measurement value collection. Suitcase with rollers for transport
Maximum closing force:              150 Nm
