The enterprise SAB was found in April 1999 as engineer's office Kessler and renamed in  

December 2000 into the SAB Kessler e.K. We are a team of 18 colleagues. The competence of our engineers from the fields physics, mechanical engineering and electrical  technology is rounded off by our technical designers and administrative support. All have valuable and long-lasting experience in the areas of the nut running assemblies, test plants, automation and image processing.

Nothing different till now? Well, we have a small spleen, we are proud on: Our company is led democratically. It may sound a bit unusually, but it leads to a work atmosphere, where we all feel good. Our working climate allows everybody to bring in new ideas or suggestions for improvement.

All colleagues have the right to get shares of our company. This aids motivation and idenfication. And we think it is just fair, if everybody may participate on the common success. All of us are allowed to think around the box.

And what would have been if Albert Einstein didn’t have a small spleen. Would he have broken new grounds?

So our spleen is good for you – our customers – as well!
