The drive box is made out of high-strength aluminium, all pinion gears are bedded twice, square adapters for drive screws, multi key  output shafts

Speciality: The high torque moments and the  narrow disturb contour made is necessary to develop a spezial gear.
The head radius needed to be 30 mm max. and the overall hight needed to be less than 110 mm. The drive adapter can be connetect to the gear from both sides.
Nut runner with hanging and special gear, adjustable struts at gearbox for taking torque moments at component.
Maximum torque moment:   1.650 Nm

Use:     Nut running of digger rotating assemlies at Hitachi
Speciality: The high torque moments and the  narrow disturb contour made is necessary to develop a spezial gear.
The head radius needed to be 30 mm max. and the overall hight needed to be less than 110 mm. The drive adapter can be connetect to the gear from both sides.

Speciality: The high variety of components didn’t allow the strut of torque moments at the part. So a system for nut arresting has been developed, where the torque moments are supported over the nut, that is arrested after a short time. The arrester nut can be changed with one turning.
